EVTEC Expands Motorway Charging Network — 10 New Stations on M2 and M9

EVTEC, in partnership with NTDC, has announced 10 new DC fast charging stations along the M2 Lahore-Islamabad and M9 Karachi-Hyderabad motorways.

EVTEC has signed an MOU with NTDC to deploy 10 new CCS2 and CHAdeMO fast chargers across key motorway service areas. The expansion follows the success of the Kalar Kahar station and aims to make inter-city EV travel viable for Pakistani EV owners. Each station will support up to 100kW DC fast charging. Completion is expected by December 2025.
